Eighth donation to Community Paediatric Nurse Team!

On the 26th November 2022 we made our second delivery of the day to Jane who is a Community Paediatric Nurse at the London North West NHS Trust. This was the eighth donation with 250 Advent Calendars donated. Jane and her amazing team, work with, and support children and young people in the community with acute and complex needs and those with life limiting and long term health conditions.
