London North West University Health Care NHS Trust Donation!

On 25th November 2020 I donated 200 chocolate Advent Calendars to the community paediatric nurses team who provide nursing care to children and young people in the community with acute and complex needs and those with life limiting and long-term health conditions. I really hope that the children the nurses give the Calendars to have a big grin on their faces during the build up to Christmas.
