Sixth donation to Community Paediatric Nurse Team at London North West NHS Trust

On the 28th March 2022 we made our sixth donation of this appeal to Jane who is a Community Paediatric Nurse at the London North West NHS Trust. The donation was of 200 Easter Eggs. Jane and her amazing team work with, and support children and young people in the community with acute and complex needs and those with life limiting and long term health conditions.
