Our third donation of 100 calendars was done on 17th November 2022 to the Paediatric Audiology Service at Wood Street Health Centre. We were very excited about this donation as it is the first time we have donated to this service. Between 1 and 2 babies in every 1000 are born with a permanent hearing loss in the UK. Barts Health, in East London, has one of the highest rates of childhood hearing loss in the UK. This service looks after children with a hearing loss, or suspected hearing loss, by providing specialist hearing tests and modern hearing aids when needed. They support the children and their families from birth, to 18 and support their patients to reach their full potential.
